For almost 12 years, Hold My Heart Foundation has provided financial assistance to families who face the challenge of having an infant in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Hold My Heart Foundation helps Women's and Children's Hospital located in Columbia, MO but also assists other locations.
